Many Reasons To Give Thanks.

Vermont Timber Works is busy, yes busy. We are thankful for this as the economy isn't being kind. We thank our referral clients and repeat architects and designers for thinking of us. We also thank our hard working and dependable crew!

Custom design and hand crafted isn't cheap, not every project is a good fit for us. Below are a few of our favorite timber projects so far from the 2009 year. With any luck, we'll raise one timber dining hall before 2010. Thank you everyone!

Chapel for Holy Apostles Heavy Timber Construction

Above is a rendering of the finished timber chapel. Enjoy a few progress shots from the raising!

Hang on Mikey! Oh my...

The timber arches are glulams, proudly created and supplied by Alamco Wood Products. Arches blend nicely with the natural douglas fir.

Looking up, see the little tree? It's tradition!
